Groom Overcomes Cancer to Marry His Bride in Modern Chic Wedding
After our groom beat cancer, there was only one way to celebrate- by marrying the love of his life of course. The dream wedding was a beautiful celebration of the couple's journey, done in a sophisticated caramel and white color palette, all expertly planned by Two Hearts Event Design. Blooms designed by Creative Light brought the fashion forward day to life, and every heartfelt moment is artfully captured in imagery by Amy Golding. From Amy Golding... This wedding took place at Spanish Hills Country Club in Camarillo, California, and was designed by Two Hearts Event Design. The bride, Brittany, became a personal stylist after graduating from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and dreamed of having a fashion-forward designed event.
Caramel and white florals showcasing dimensional design surrounded the chuppah which was covered with the groom’s grandfather’s tallit and the bride’s dad’s tallit. The bride wore an intricate custom cape that buttoned behind the neck.
About 6 months into their relationship, the groom, Jordan, was diagnosed with cancer. After going through chemo, they were able to beat cancer and spent the next couple of years regaining Jordan’s health so that they could have the wedding of their dreams.
