This Texas wedding is tugging at our heartstrings. The couple opted for a black and white wedding because they said their guests brought the color into their lives. From Aurelia Baca Photography… Andrea and Danielle had the pleasure of meeting at the age of 15 during a tryout for USA Basketball. Andrea was very outgoing and knew many people at the camp while Danielle was more reserved, but that didn’t stop Andrea from making the connection. That became the foundation of the relationship that came to be years later. The friendship remainder throughout high school and college years but the romance blossomed when they both had become professionals.

There was always admiration and love for one another, but at this time they were able to finally act on their feelings. And once they did there was no turning back. For about a year they informally dated and then at a game in D.C. where Andrea was visiting Danielle, she told her she was ready to make it official! After 2 years of being together, Danielle proposed in front of their closest friends during their annual “Friendsmas” tradition.

It was on a private boat on the riverwalk that Danielle dropped to a knee and asked to marry her best friend! It was perfect. After an almost 3-year engagement due to covid, they wed in front of their friends and family. They chose the colors black and white because those in attendance bring the colors to their lives. It was an absolute dream of a wedding and totally worth the wait.
