This multi-cultural, Provence-inspired affair celebrates lavender and love with traditional Indian and Jewish ceremonies. Charmed Events Group channeled the sunshine of the South of France with buttercup and golden hues, complimenting the iconic bluish-purple color of lavender fields. Willow Floral Design translated these sunny tones into blooming bouquets, table accents, and the traditional chuppah. Baby blue accents and lace elevated the sophistication of the day in a romantic and oh-so-pretty way! Soak up the provençal soleil and bask in the fields of lavender at the full gallery, beautifully captured by Olivia Marshall!
It was the bride’s dream to have a wedding inspired by the romance and rustic nature of Provence. When she discovered this lavender farm, she knew she had found the perfect backdrop for her nuptials and celebration. The bride and groom are both very happy in nature, so their colors of summer yellows and cremes was so fitting for who they are!
Their ceremony was so special as it was a full embrace and mixture of cultures and religion. The couple had an Indian ceremony the days before and on the day of, had a Jewish ceremony. Loved the representation of the Mehndi with the traditional Jewish notes of the day and best of all, loved the spirit of all the guests who participated so enthusiastically in the hybrid of traditions and cultures – what a beautiful thing to see!
For the reception, we transported guests to an experience in Provence. The bright and happy yellows of the flowers was the perfect compliment to the lace table runners. Our favorite design note for the table setting was the individual rose bud that each guest received with a scroll of their name. Guests were also invited to their seats with individual bundles and satchels of lavender to emulate Provence. The evening was made complete with the most beautiful sunset photos of our couple and their dog Griffith amongst the lavender fields.
