From Amorology... For a girl who loves all things warm California sun and flowers, what could be better than a wedding in a greenhouse? Traci and Jason choose to marry at Dos Pueblos in the stunning Santa Barbara area overlooking the ocean with their closest family and friends by their side. Traci and Jason both worked in advertising and their office romance wasn't just a romance. They found a deep connection and crazy love in each other which led them to Paris where they got engaged!
Guests were welcomed by the cool ocean breeze as they arrived at the ceremony overlooking the water. A simple four-post arch (chuppah) adorned with mainly chocolate foliage, white and cream blooms and plum accents added just the right accent to the beauty of the nature around. The groom along with his groomsman surprised the guests and made their entrance to the ceremony on a vintage black school bus while the beautiful bride arrived on an old school Mustang and walked down the aisle side by side with her father.
As guests made their way from the ceremony to the cocktail hour they were welcomed with fun and fresh cocktails and light bites among the lush greens and hanging plants. The reception took place in the greenhouse of love with strung market lighting that looked like the night sky with a million stars. A custom escort wall by Back Up Backdrops helped guests find their seats. The floral backdrop was a nod to the couple's favorite song by Van Morrison "You give me love, love, love, crazy love." Hand-calligraphed cards by MBOJ with fresh chocolate cosmos held guests' names and table assignments. The space was filled with eye-catching floral installations by Siren Floral with hanging beaded chandeliers illuminating the space.
Guests were seated at wood farm tables with onyx velvet runners mixed with rounds draped in bone velvet. The head table was fully draped in gray charcoal velvet linens and lilac chairs played as the main accent to the tabletop. The tabletop via Hostess Haven was inspired by a warm fall color palette with linen plates, gold cut crystal glasses, white with black edges napkins tied with the black velvet ribbon, and gold flatware!
