Dreamy Fine Art Wedding Outside of Paris

This beautiful renaissance-inspired wedding combines everything we love about Paris.  A beautiful mix of fashion, fine art, and fun Jennifer Fox Weddings designed a day worth dreaming about.  Pink and yellow pastel florals by BayaFlor & Design beautifully brought the couple’s love story to life, and imagery by Molly Carr Photography forever captured the magical moments in time.  Take a closer look at the full gallery for all the pretty little details.

From Jennifer Fox WeddingsParis has always been a pioneer in fashion and elegance, and when Laurel and Chris decided to celebrate their love at Chateau De Champlatreux, they made no exception to the rule. Fashion is for sure a time traveler. This is why the bride and groom wanted a Renaissance style with a 30s twist. The perfect equipoise between refinement and gaiety. While wandering around Paris under the artistic direction of the renowned photographer Molly Carr Photography, our beautiful bride and groom first lived their Midnight in Paris dream with her Modern Bride Paris makeup and a Vera Wang gown. Then, the couple headed to a castle way of life at Le Chateau De Champlatreux. Before the ceremony, Laurel indulged herself in a Renaissance boudoir session. Full of grace, she was a queen in her castle. Taking this delicate time to create souvenirs to cherish. Before she even knew it, with the help of her sister, it was time to step into her vintage Carolina Herrera gown. A final touch-up by Kassaundra Stephens, and she was ready to walk down the aisle.

That day, History was made. Yet, History is everywhere you look in the Château. Each room is decorated differently, and I knew I had to incorporate those living pieces of art in the wedding design. The guests had to be transported into another realm. As a very intimate wedding of 40 guests, the ceremony was a moving ode to love. Love in its purest and most sincere element. An atmosphere BayaFlor & Design perfectly transposed into flowers. With pink and yellow pastel hues, the keyword was delicacy. As if the flowers were captivating every soul around in a soothing aura. Cocktails started in the black and white checkered Hall with a champagne tower under the gypsy tones of Jazz Around Midnight. Let the fun begin!

As the guests were finding their table numbers with the exquisite, fine work of Shasta Bell Calligraphy, the couple escaped for an intimate couple session in the Château’s garden at the back of the property. With wildflowers roaming freely (one of the reasons why the couple picked this particular venue) the ambiance was straight out of a Jane Austen book. Chandeliers, pastel blue shades echoing the ceremony, it was time to join their guests for dinner in The Grand Salon. The setting was the ultimate chic thanks to the collaboration of Madame de la Maison and Maison options. The delectable menu has been crafted by the talented Grand Chemin from the savory flavors to the historical croque-en-bouche. Anthony V Paris launched the party with a very special father and bride dance as the slow dance turned to uptown funk. The rest is memory; always preserved by the wonderful videography from Morning Light Film Co.
