This timeless wedding at The Club at Mediterra will have you feeling “green with envy” (in the best way possible)! With a green and white color palette, Jet Wed Set created a picturesque wedding day for Katie & Colin, inspired by the lush villas of Italy. The overall feel of the celebration drew upon earthy tones and textures (think rich, velvety linens) that accentuated classic romance. Kaleidoscope Floral created attention-grabbing floral arrangements, featuring bright white blooms while touches of greenery elevated the ambiance with an air of organic luxury. From the photographer… Drawing inspiration from lush Italian villas and their own personal home style, this wedding design will have you “green with envy” – in the absolute best way! Shades of green went with the earthy, natural feel of the day from the rich velvety linens to the satin Revelry bridesmaid gowns.

From the Bride… We picked our venue and did a destination to Naples, Florida because it is a spot my family has gone our whole lives – it is like a second home. Colin and I have been visiting since early on in our 8year relationship and it’s a place we come to decompress and relax.

We wanted the day to have a classic, natural, and romantic feel. Originally, we were describing it like going through Italy, and we picked a lot of the decor in a way to transform a standard ballroom so you didn’t feel like you were in a ballroom. Kehrin of JetSetWed was huge in helping bring it to life so it still matched our style by pulling in inspiration from our styles and our home.

One of my favorite moments of the wedding was after the ceremony and before the reception started- we invited bridal party, their dates and families into the ballroom for a pre party! As they walked in Colin and I were dancing on an empty dance floor in a beautifully converted ballroom that took me back to Italy, dancing to the band where then all of our favorite people danced. It was such a special moment to have that mini dance party where we could hug and laugh after such an emotional moment! Then the rest of the guests were invited in as we danced and they joined us on the dance floor immediate before dinner. Really set the tone for the day.
