From Juliana Tomlinson PhotographyOn the last week of July 2022, Amanda Virgo and her team organized a romantic and elegant Wedding Inspiration shoot at Chateau Saint-Georges to close their Summer AMV Retreat in the French Riviera. The Chateau, also known as Le Petit Versaille, is located on the top of the hills of Grasse, a Cote d’Azur town. This 7-plus acre property offers breathtaking views and gorgeous outdoor space for an alfresco wedding ceremony and reception. Its interior will leave you speechless as you walk through the grand salons, the Napoleon swimming pool, and the royal apartments. The walls are real pieces of art themselves. Hand-painted with real gold, this venue once welcomed Queen Victoria as a guest and now helps couples from around the world to feel like royals as they say I do in one of the most beautiful and renowned chateaus on the French Riviera.

With the Le Petit Versaille in mind, Amanda was inspired by the gold and yellow so beautifully displayed around the chateau. La Blonde et le Barbu Design brought the vision to life by installing a lavish floral arrangement on the Chateau’s gazebo. The yellow and soft cream-colored roses tied the ceremony location perfectly to the rich gold decor of the reception room inside the chateau. For the ceremony, our bride wore a romantic, ethereal off-shoulder white dress with puff sleeves designed by Katie Yeung from Hera Couture. This trendy look, which you can find at Vivienne Paris Bride, was the perfect addition to the romantic European atmosphere of the ceremony space.

For the reception, the bride wore a Madebride by Antonea and left everyone speechless with her embroidered long sleeve gown. To set the mood as a happy, joyful French Riviera dream-come-true wedding experience, Amanda decorated a champagne cart with beautiful roses and crystal champagne glasses. Of course, a toast was involved! This entire inspiration shoot was carefully designed by AMV Weddings and beautifully executed by a very talented team of creators.
