A neutral color palette made up of creams, tans and light peach make for a timeless affair, and today’s wedding at The Ranch at Laguna Beach, checks all the boxes with lush florals in a variety of textures by Carla Kayes Floral Design. Crowned Events planned this understated, classic day, adding in small details like scalloped bread plates, moss green linens, and naming tables after the couples favorite golf courses and Amy Golding captured the beauty of it all. From Jessica with Crowned Events… For Britt and Andy, we created a timeless and romantic aesthetic that tied in refined organic design elements and personalized details. We used their stationery design to bring out a few custom touches like having Epoch Design create an illustration of their sweet beagle, Rory, on their bar menu and naming their dining tables after their favorite golf courses!
We created their color palette with a focus on soft, neutral colors like cream, tan, and shades of taupe. These earthy hues were complemented by greenery in their floral design, textiles, and the surrounding landscape. Carla Kayes beautifully highlighted their color palette through floral design by utilizing lush blooms as well as varying shades and textures of foliage.
The tablescape design alternated between ivory pillar clusters paired with ruscus runners and textural compotes featuring billowy blooms with pops of mustard and soft blush. White rim chargers, scalloped bread plates, and moss green linen napkins brought in from Catalog Atelier were the perfect accents to elevate their understated, classic design.
