The lush outdoor spaces also make for great photo ops for portrait sessions and are perfect for hosting your cocktail hour before welcoming your guests into the elegant barn for dinner and dancing. As one of the area’s premiere venues, they have great relationships with other top vendors in the area. They’ve even partnered with Bluebell House Flowers, who has planted plots and gardens throughout the 17-acre grounds, so couples can use blooms grown right on the property where they say, “I do”.
The Sixpence is so much more than a venue. In addition to the barn, there is “The Workshop”, a renovated garage hangout space and dressing suite with a full kitchen and bar, pool table, car lift, darts, firepit, and more. The Sixpence also allows couples to stay on property the night before their wedding in “The Homestead”, a renovated saltbox farmhouse from the mid-1800s.
