With a touch of elegance, a bit of timeless and a whole lot of beautiful flowers, this Florence inspiration shoot is nothing short of wonderful. From Tuscan Tours and Weddings… This editorial shoot at the beautiful Villa Le Fontanelle in Florence wanted to inspire chic brides seeking an elegant and at the same time romantic setting for the most important day of their life. Villa Le Fontanelle with its beautiful historical character and that perfect mix of city and countryside was the perfect inspiration for this summery old-world style celebration. Situated just above Florence and enjoying one of the best views of the city and Brunelleschi’s dome, this boutique-style villa is immersed in an amazing natural environment with terraced gardens full of flowers, greenery, and olive trees.
The editorial team created an amazing design for every moment of the day that wanted to remind of summer light and colors in Tuscany. The bride wore an ethereal white gown by Millia London, that gave a super romantic and dreamy vibe to the day, and flowery Bella Belle Shoes shoes completed her look together with natural makeup and a clean style updo. The gorgeous stationery suite designed by The Wedding Letters was inspired by the coral-peachy flower decorations and Brunelleschi’s dome – undoubtedly one of the most known landmarks of Florence. Florals and table rentals did add that real Italian-style summer vibe, reminding of Tuscany’s sun-soaked terracotta rooftops and sun-kissed fields, with coral and peach floral installations displayed in a delicate natural style, to give the idea of having just picked them from the surrounding countryside.
We chose to have the ceremony by the ancient chapel to add some historical charm, followed by signature Italian drinks like Aperol Spritz and Negroni, and of course Prosecco! Dinner took place in the panoramic terrace in front of the breath-taking view of Florence, at an ancient wood table lined up with wrought iron chairs and set up with lots of gorgeous items to create a classy, understated, elegant feel perfect for chic summer soirees under the Tuscan sky. This inspiration shoot is a wonderful source of inspiration for couples who dream of getting married in Tuscany and have in mind a mix of classic elegance and contemporary romanticism.
