After a 2020 micro-wedding during the pandemic, Karli and Travis were ready to have a celebration with all of their original guestlist in 2021. The couple opted to skip the ceremony this time and just focus on guest experience. Elegant details delighted at every turn, from lounge seating with a backdrop of the mountains to an open-air dinner so pretty you’d think it was a dream. Jacqueline Hallgarth Events carefully curated all the special details, and Jenny Quicksall Photography artfully captured the love and happiness of the day in her incredible imagery. From Jacqueline Hallgarth Events… When deciding where to host this wedding celebration, it was a no-brainer to have it at the bride’s hometown Steamboat Springs, CO. On Celebration Day, the couple opted out of having the ceremony since all of their guests tuned into the live stream for their 2020 micro wedding. Karli & Travis wanted to focus on the guests and make it a memorable event – in Steamboat fashion.
Karli wore her NEWHITE gown as she took portraits with her bridesmaids and changed into a short dress with puffy sleeves and a long train by Rime Arodaky. Of course, paired with a white cowgirl hat & boots.
Karli being a 7th generation out of Steamboat Springs, the family has deep roots within the community. It was a family affair and it was so meaningful for Karli & Travis to bring their guests together and celebrate in this quaint and beautiful town.
