If a Mediterranean wedding sounds as dreamy to you as it does to us, you’re in for a stunning treat! This couple has always wanted to travel to the Mediterranean to get married, but the pandemic put a wrench in their plans, so with the help of Jillian Nicole Events they brought the Mediterranean to California. Lemons were woven into every element of the decor, from the elegant invitation suite by Spilled Ink Calligraphy to a reception with real lemon trees brought in by Brubaker Floral Co.. From Jillian Nicole Events… Not only did this wedding have that amazing Italian feel, but this couple also had stunning views for their ceremony on top of the Sofitel LA Hotel. To keep the Mediterranean vibe going, Spilled Ink Calligraphy added hand-painted lemons onto the invitation suite & menus.
Wedding Planner and Designer, Jillian Nicole Events has always dreamed of setting up a tablescape with vintage plates and lemon trees for centerpieces. When it came to designing, Jillian reached out to 3 Little Birds, who provided mix & match vintage blue plates and blue-tinted glassware.
You can’t have a Mediterranean wedding without some specialty coffee and spiked lemonade! Jesse’s Grind provided both homemade drink options for the guests. To top off the Mediterranean-themed wedding, Mija Bakes provided a buttercream cake and lemon cupcakes.
