From Champagne & Co… When soulmates finally come together, the magic is felt through the air. This editorial was inspired by lavender blooms and long-lasting love. Thoughtfully designed by Champagne and Co at the stunning Stonefields Estate in Carleton Place, Ontario. Floral installations flowing off a mobile champagne truck is the perfect spot to cheers to forever. The champagne truck is owned and rented by Champagne and Co and was the focal point of this shoot. This elopement for two will give you the floral dreams you’ve been searching for and the love you’ve been longing for. Rachael James Photography and Grey Loft Video were both there to beautifully capture all the special moments between real life couple Alisabelle Lafrance and Renelle Savoie.
An assortment of florals hand picked by We are Pollen Nation gave a wide variety of shades of purple. A bountiful amount of babies breath with gorgeous lush large blooms that were artfully placed and organic looking. Blooms like phaleopsis orchids, garden roses, stock, cherry blossom, clematis, peonies, lisianthus, lilac, sweet pea, purple alium, smokebush, quicksand roses, majolica roses, smilax and nagi were incorporated into unique floral pieces. Katherine, owner of We are Pollen Nation, and her team demonstrated an enormous amount of talent when creating a flowing floral piece off the champagne truck, a climbing floral piece in the Stonefields Estate wedding chapel, and a half moon arch for the outdoor ceremony. All beautifully created pieces are shown through the gallery, you won’t want to miss it.
Our brides were styled by the hair and makeup guru Marc-Andre and wedding gown specially chosen from Love and Lee Bridal located in Cornwall, Ontario. Gown shown is Keegan by Lis Simon in oyster and suit shown by Zara. A crisp white suit beside our 1982 Piaggio Ape truck was pure elegance.
Stunning calligraphy by Cody Calligraphy located in Kingston, Ontario was demonstrated through crafted stationery, sea glass name tags, and hand written signage. The colour of Stor by Margot rings against the stationery was to die for.
An intimate picnic for two included Moet and Chandon and cake from Batter Up Bakery. We wanted an elegant set up for two with beautiful florals flowing around the tablescape. Silver elements were incorporated into the cake to tie in with the champagne truck taps.
True love is shown through every picture. Something genuine that many look for their entire lives. These two were lucky enough to have found it in each other.
