This Couple Celebrated Their Different Cultures In The Most Wonderful Of Ways With Two Wedding Ceremonies!
Priyal & Jeff decided their wedding day would equally represent both their cultures. They planned a magical day for their guests, complete with two different ceremonies at the same venue and within the same color palette, but in two different locations on-site! The couples worked with Bello & Blue Events on the event planning and floral design. For the reception, they came together to create a concept that filled the ballroom with a canopy of greenery. From the bride... To us, the most important part of our wedding day was to be able to not only illustrate but embody both of our strong cultural and religious backgrounds by incorporating our family's traditions. For Jeff, that was being raised in a Catholic-Christian household and for myself, it was an upbringing with strong Indian-Hindu roots. We wanted our family and friends to feel immersed in both of our cultures during our wedding weekend.
The reception space was designed with hanging garlands, a mix of tables, and neutral centerpieces and candles. For a bit of modernity, clear cubes hand-lettered by Handsome Love Calligraphy showcased the seating assignments and were complemented by acrylic table numbers.
After an evening filled with sentimentality, laughs, and dancing, the night ended on a sweet note, with guests grabbing customized cookies and donuts to take home as a sweet treat. It was the perfect blending of two cultures.
