From the bride… Matt and I met many, many years ago as Sophomores in high school. Our connection was instant, the conversation was easy and we both knew it was meant to be. Our relationship has grown tremendously, built on friendship and full of trust, respect, and compassion. We have never felt the need to rush our love and we have savored every moment of building our life together.
We decided to forgo our plans for a large wedding and we began to plan an elopement or micro wedding. We booked our venue just four weeks before our wedding date. We kept our guests to our immediate families and we asked my brother to be our officiant. It was important to us that everything about our wedding felt like us. Not stuffy or fussy, not rushed or forced.
Everything about our day felt effortless, as though it was all meant to be. We savored every moment – from our first glass of champagne as husband and wife to the breathtaking sunset at dinner. It was truly a celebration of our love!
