From the bride... The day felt extra special and unique having it at my childhood home, in the backyard that I grew up playing in. My parents were so kind and generous to let us take over their house and transform it into our dream wedding venue. The whole event was intimate and dreamy and felt true to who we are as a couple.
I was very involved in the planning, but I couldn’t have imagined doing it without Paige and Windrow. As an interior designer, I immediately started treating the process as I would a job—I literally had a PowerPoint presentation at our first wedding planning meeting! I knew I wanted it to have a casual, yet elegant feel.
My husband and I had an amazing experience with Elizabeth Lanier Photography. We were both were a little nervous on the day of, but Sarah Elizabeth was so nice and made us feel totally at ease. She gave us plenty of direction, but let us be ourselves. She has such a calming energy. The end result was beautiful photos that felt natural and candid and truly captured who we are as a couple and the best day of our lives together so far.
