From Love is in the Air EventsThe fairytale love story of Amelia (bride) and James (groom) started from a little girl having a vast love for her grandmother and the determined passion to make all her biggest dreams come true. Amelia’s dreams were to get married to her prince charming and become a singing superstar sensation in the states. Amelia was originally from England. Luckily for her, she used to live near the Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew England. Her favorite things in life were gardening with her grandmother named Rose and walking to the Royal Botanic Garden in Kew as a child. Her grandmother always held the title as Amelia’s number one best friend forever. Plus, roses were Amelia’s favorite flower. Roses made her always smile and think of the strong bond she had with her grandmother. They would sing songs together on the on their walk to the Kew garden and talk about how Amelia was a singing superstar sensation in the making. Rose would daydream with Amelia about what types of flowers she would have on her wedding day. Amelia would tell her grandmother she wanted to feel like Disney’s belle at the ball and have an elegant white princess dress that would make everyone’s mouth drop in awe of the beauty. Plus have a fun party dress she could dance in because Amelia loved to boogie on the dance floor at any chance she could. Later on after college, Amelia decided it was time to move to Los Angeles/California Coastline to pursue her singing career. It was beyond impossible to leave her grandmother behind but Rose assured her she wasn’t getting any younger and now is a better time than any to make her dreams come true.

Plus, Rose would only be a phone call away from Amelia. Amelia made the move and was getting auditions left and right but not meeting a ton of friends in the first couple of months of her stay. One day in March there was a farmers market. Amelia thought it would be good for her to go on a walk and check out the flowers along with listening to the amazing music playing. All this would definitely be a good pick me up to her homesick spirits so she went. That same day, James a California native and chef decided it was time for him to do his weekly grocery shopping at the farmers market. Little did he know he would be meeting his future wife and love of is life on this typical grocery trip. James got dressed in his favorite color blue button-down and headed to the farmers market. As soon as he got to the farmers market he saw Amelia buying some blue flowers. He was in immediate awe of her beauty. It definitely was love at first sight and the feeling was mutual. He got the courage to go up to Amelia and introduce himself. James also asked Amelia what kind of flowers she was buying. And why she selected those particular flowers. Amelia told him they reminded her of her hometown and the Kew garden she went with her grandmother. He immediately was reminded of The Lavender Market place and asked her on a date to the garden. Amelia said yes. They had the best time ever together on their first date at the Lavender Market place. It made Amelia less homesick. James was fascinated by the vast knowledge Amelia had for flowers. He was even able to educate her about the process of how to grow the best fruits and vegetables in the garden. They continued to date and eventually, they fell in love. On one special date, James took Amelia back to the Lavender Marketplace to propose her hand in marriage. It was only fitting that they would get married at the place they had their first date. They had an elegant, romantic, and intimate wedding. Cheering on the sidelines was their closest family members, friends, and of course Amelia’s grandmother. Also, they were able to save their money and purchase the home of the historic home of the lavender marketplace/garden. This way their love story and passion for gardens could live forever as grew their family. The color blue was the key color in the styled shoot due to the story of the couple meeting in March. The birthstone of March is Blue. It symbolizes the birth month of their love and the day the couple first met. Amelia wore the March color stone earrings in the Berta dress. Plus James the groom’s favorite color is blue. It would only be fitting to continue the blue color theme throughout the wedding story.
