This Couple Pulled off the Sweetest Southern Micro-Wedding After COVID Drastically Changed Their Plans

One of the good things to come out of this pandemic (we’re trying to find the positive here, people), has been seeing how many couples have powered through and proved that love is definitely not cancelled. Today’s micro-wedding is a beautiful reminder that just because your wedding plans changed, doesn’t mean it will be any less meaningful or special. To watch it all unfold, head on over to the full gallery, taken by Erin Wilson Photography and Films and planned by Jessika McCuin.

From Erin Wilson Photography Erin and Ryan were amongst many many couples who had to change their big spring 2020 wedding plans due to COVID-19.

They had to make some major changes and decisions and decide to have a micro wedding with 10 people and get married on their original wedding date with plans to have a big reception later this year.

They were married with just their parents and siblings attending and it was the sweetest day. They had a mini-reception with charcuterie and champagne and cake. We absolutely adore this couple and are so happy they made the decision to celebrate in their own way during the craziest time this country has seen. It was the most perfect day.
