Everything from the delicate blooms by Max Owens Design to the bride's ethereal, soft blue dress is an ocean lover's heaven. From Lauren Fair Photography... For this oceanside editorial, I was inspired by my favorite color palette: the ocean and the California coastline.
The soft colors of the Pacific at sundown, juxtaposed against the colors of the earth, provided the inspiration for this shoot. Our beautiful bride's gown was reminiscent of the water with its soft blue tone and subtle sparkle, and our groom was the classic California groom - ending with losing the tux and heading for the water!
The color palette sought to include no greenery but all soft blues, whites, creams, taupes and dusty colors that were inspired by the cliffs. Max Owens Design beautifully designed a gorgeous ceremony arch that was lit by the sinking sun against an epic backdrop. Aly Ann Events produced the most beautiful shoot with details galore. I was so thankful to shoot so much beauty and hope that our editorial together inspires the ocean-loving brides out there to pull their own inspiration from nature!
