From Rudney Novaes Photography... Wedding photographers and film aficionados Rudney Novaes and Natalie Jayne created The Film Theory workshop to provide a hands-on lesson in film photography, developed for the aspiring film photographer.
Hosted at the historic location of Tudor Place in Georgetown, DC. two editorial pieces were designed by Claire Duran Weddings & Events. One consisted of a bridal shoot that would particularly highlight, master florist from Hong Kong Angelica Fleur’s signature piece, the floral umbrella.
The second editorial piece showcased a more full-scale shoot that included, amongst all elements, a stunning ceremony set up in the gardens of the venue and a tablescape with asymmetrical vertical centerpieces that were incredibly unique and the perfect match between Claire Duran’s imagination and Angelica Fleur’s brilliant execution.
The results were nothing short of stunning, and skillfully and artistically captured by Rudney Novaes and Natalie Jayne. Their images reflect so many of the reasons why we love the use of film for wedding photography.
