If you ask us, the only city in American that can compare to the charming streets of Europe is situated sweetly in Lowcountry – Charleston, South Carolina! When this couple’s dream of tying the knot in Italy didn’t work out, they decided to infuse elements of Italy, from olive leaves to a live pasta maker, throughout their beautiful day planned and designed by Ellis Event Design. The result? Absolute perfection! See all the heavenly details at the full gallery, captured by Willett Photography!

From Willett Photography… Laura and Luke’s initial wedding plans involved a cliff in Italy, but due to life changes, they landed on a destination wedding in the beautiful city of Charleston.

Refusing to give up the idea of an Italian affair, they infused their day with beautiful European details including a live pasta maker, limoncello and olive leaves galore.

It was an intimate, calm and family focused day celebrating their love! The streets of Charleston provided the most incredible backdrop for their photos and the setting sun left everyone feeling warm, welcome and joyful!
