A love story this good deserves an epic wedding. Rachel and Matt started as high school sweethearts, leaving notes in each other’s lockers, their first official date was to their school’s junior prom! They kept their note-passing tradition through college, and have kept every single note throughout the years, the couple still puts pen to paper for all special occasions. How sweet is that?! Their wedding is full of all the sweet touches and attention to detail you could imagine for such a love-struck pair. It’s all artfully captured by Anna Delores Photography. From Anna Delores Photography… Rachel and Matt’s wedding day at Whispering Rose Ranch in Solvang, California was everything you could dream of. It was designed by the bride herself, coordinated by Ann Johnson Events, and covered in florals by Lark Farnum Design, who is also an old friend of Rachel’s.

Both the bride and the groom were in tears throughout the ceremony; it was a very sweet, genuine, emotional day. The breathtaking scenery played homage to the couple’s beautiful love story.

Rachel and Matt were sure to incorporate some personal touches, like Moscow mules as their signature cocktail. Mini copper mugs even doubled as adorable escort cards for guests!

The entire enchanted evening was the perfect celebration of Rachel and Matt’s love. The day was an incredible way to begin the next chapter of their story together.
