From Bride, Derin in the Delphine...I was just getting started to search for my wedding dress. My first appointment ever was with Galia Lahav in LA. Before coming in, I already had an idea of what I was looking for but after seeing all those sparkling dresses I wasn’t so sure anymore: I wanted them all! It was a place from heaven, so elegant and dreamy. After admiring each and every dress, I picked some of my favorites to try on, and Anthony, who was the greatest help, also brought a few models which he thought would look great on me. I liked most of the dresses but none of them was the one and we didn’t have enough time. So, a few days later, I booked another appointment. The moment that I put on the first dress my search was over! It was the most perfect dress and I was in love! It fit me like a glow as if it was tailor-made just for me. With butterflies in my stomach, I left the store to discuss it with my husband. On my way back to take this gorgeous dress back home with me, I was devastated by a call from Anthony. Apparently, right after I left, someone else bought my dress! My heart was broken. I knew that no other dress would ever look or feel the same, but I had to keep looking because eventually, I would need a dress! 

A few months later, my fiancée and I were visiting New York for Christmas. I wanted to take advantage of this opportunity and booked appointments with selected stores, including Bridal Reflections. I truly believe in miracles, especially after this unforgettable experience! There it was, the very exact dress that slipped through my fingers a few months ago in LA, waiting for me in New York! It was meant to be. I am so grateful to be among the very few brides who are destined to wear their dream dress at their wedding!

From Bride, Fernanda in the Gia...I was inspired when I saw the dress on influencer Aylin Koenig. After trying it on in Los Angeles, it was love at first sight! I knew the Gia Dress was the one!

From Bride, Alexa in the Mia...I went to several bridal studios around Dallas and tried on a ton of dresses! I had found a dress I liked but wanted to wait until my mom was in town before making any decisions. We made an appointment at Stanley Korshak which I hadn’t been to so she could have the full Dallas bridal experience and my dress was the first one I tried on. Before Stanley Korshak, I hadn’t tried on anything by Galia but once I put it on I knew it was my dress. The fit of a Galia gown is incomparable to any other designer I had tried and aside from how beautiful it was, the way it complemented my body was the reason I chose the dress.

My experience was amazing from start to finish! Stanley Korshak took such great care of me and the alterations were very minimal because it was made to my measurements.

From Bride, Derya in the G-104...I went to a specific boutique that sold Galia Lahav because I had two dresses in mind that I had to try. My dress wasn’t either. But, after trying on, and loving the dresses that were on my list, the bridal attendant told me she had one more dress that she had pulled and that she thought that was going to be the one. “It just came in,” she said. So, I tried it on. The last dress. And it was the one. My mom cried, so I cried, and that was it. That was my dress.

Every dress was special in its own way. Every dress was beautifully done. Even after I got my dress, I was like “maybe I should have gotten that other dress,” because they were all so gorgeous and looked so good! In the end, I made the right choice and ended up getting a dress made by the brand I always dreamt of my husband seeing me in.

From Bride, Leigh in the Rhiannon...I tried on over 50 dresses and while they were lovely and just knew that they weren’t the ONE. During a trip to Browns Bride I happened to show an assistant the types of dresses I liked and one of the images was the Galia Lahav Rhiannon dress. I couldn’t believe it when Parissa (the assistant) said that they had that dress. She asked if I would like to try it on, I was on my own but I didn’t want to miss the opportunity and said yes. The second I put it on I knew it was my dress. I instantly fell in love with it. It was like nothing I had ever seen. The hand-beading was exquisite and the low cleavage neckline and mermaid cut made my figure look divine and the vintage rose applique was so delicate and reflected my theme and part of our relationship. 

I had had a vision of an overskirt with a gown so that it was more traditional and romantic in feel for the ceremony and that could be removed for the evening so I could dance all night. I asked if Galia Lahav had any overskirts and as soon as I tried the overskirt on I was even taken aback at how breathtaking it was together. I knew there and then that I was to be a Galia Lahav bride. I have never felt that something was designed so well and I have never felt so magnificent in a dress before. I absolutely adore it and will treasure it forever. When I walked down the aisle there were so many wow’s and all my guests genuinely said that they had never seen a dress that was so magnificent.

It was utterly divine. I decided that I would like part of the back altered to have the pearls sit slightly higher and have a nude lining and I cannot praise all of the Browns Bride team and Galia Lahav enough for really caring that the dress was exactly the way I had in mind. Every aspect of the experience was so pleasurable and I felt so cared for and special. It was one of the best experiences of my life.
