From Pure Luxe Bride...With a mandatory evacuation put into play just a week before their wedding, this did not stop Emmie + Matt from tying the knot. Just days after Hurricane Dorian hit Charleston the bride and groom's lush, garden-style wedding came to life at The Cedar Room.
The venue was filled with burgundy, blush, and white flowers including peonies, dahlias, ranunculus, and many more to give it that garden feel. A hanging flower arrangement over the sweetheart table made the garden-style feel more enchanting by adding tons of greenery that surrounded the area.
Their three-tier cake was white and was accented with painted burgundy and blush flowers. Each bar was monogrammed with a custom crest that went with their vision and had a sign in remembrance of Emmie’s father, making the day even more special.
As the night came to a close the guests danced the night away to the band Right to Party until the newlywed’s made a shimmering departed after a night of memories!
