From Anya Kernes Photography… Our vision was to create something deliciously colorful while keeping a minimal decor aesthetic. We wanted to take the most out of the color of the year, coral, and play with fun little pops of blue to mirror the colors of Lake Como and the beautiful venue, Villa Cipressi.
Villa Cipressi, a gorgeous historical residence, is located on the east side of the lake and is a mix of contemporary architecture and ancient gardens. Even if you are not staying here, a visit to enjoy the botanical gardens and have a drink on the terrace with an incredible view is an absolute must when visiting Lake Como. With so much history, we drew inspiration from the colors around it but kept the design modern and fresh.
We loved showcasing two gowns from Rara Avis Group that are very different stylistically, but both fit like a glove for a classic and elegant celebration. Beauty by Korn created a stunning bridal look to go along with the dresses which was a mix of old world and modern romantic.
Biba Merlo Calligraphy wowed us with the incredibly gorgeous paper goods that transformed you into another time in space, while SOli created a one of a kind velvet ring box. WOW Wedding put everything together flawlessly to make this beautiful vision come to life.
