Butterflies, Blooms and Blush Hues - This Editorial Is the Definition of Femininity
From lush garden roses and crawling ivy to the classic getaway car, this wedding inspiration is the definition of timeless romance. With the stunning backdrop of Kestrel Park and the Santa Ynez hills, Kaleb Norman James Design worked in bold combinations of color and texture to a more traditional palette. If the full, fragrant arrangements didn’t bring enough floral texture, the bride’s dress by Alexandra Grecco featured hand embroidered appliqué that caught the sun soaked California light perfectly in every shot. Take a look at the full gallery below for all the floral goodness!
From Kaleb Norman James Design—The inspiration for the design came from the beauty & color of early spring floral—the fragrant lilacs, the lush garden roses & of course, everyone’s favorite: peonies!
The soft tones of lavender and blush mixed with the peach and orange tones created this colorful combination that is vibrant, yet soft, romantic, but bold!
The dress brought everything together, with the perfect shade of peach to compliment the flowers and contrast with the beautiful surroundings of Kestrel Park.
For the getaway car, I wanted to add some kind of adornment that wasn’t just floral and came up with the idea of filling the back the convertible with beautifully wrapped gifts, which of course had to all match!
