This Editorial Is Basically the Cameron Diaz-Jude Law Wedding from “The Holiday” We Were All Hoping for

When I think of a ‘fine art’ wedding, the English countryside immediately comes to mind. Venues like Boconnoc in Cornwall are rich with character, while the sunset graces tree-dotted fields with age-old fences—it’s exactly the kind of place meant for I dos. The Timeless Stylist and Hannah Duffy Photography think so too and today we’re experiencing their take on charm in this very spot.

From The Timeless Stylist… Created during Spring Love: A Fine Art Wedding Retreat, co-founders Amy Hatch (The Timeless Stylist) and Hannah Duffy (Hannah Duffy Photography) wanted to create an editorial inspired by the building details at beautiful Boconnoc in Cornwall. The neutral plaster inspired the colour palette and the windows are so incredible, we wanted them to be an essential feature and imagine all of the love stories that they have seen over the years.

Set in the Springtime, one of the most beautiful times in the Cornish countryside – when the blossom is out and the buds are popping up – the florals were an essential part. Brigitte from Moss & Stone Floral Design kept the palette clean and the look gentle like the season. To depict the history of the building, lichens from the venue was places amongst the floral displays.

The decor was kept simple with antique elements used throughout to keep the building history prevalent, and the tablescape was key with the most beautiful stationery from Fine Art Calligraphy. The overall look is elegant, timeless and understated.
