Pink and Orange Wedding Inspiration at Sunstone Winery Teeming with Texture

This gorgeous shoot from Heather Payne Photography at Sunstone Winery (aka the dreamiest venue ever) proves exactly why it’s so important to incorporate texture into your wedding day. From the elegant pink and orange color scheme to the ceremony’s floral-adorned mantle by Jessica Zimmerman to the DRESS – there’s texture at every turn. From Heather Payne… It was such and joy to share my experiences and expertise with my Mentorship Students in Santa Ynez, California. My biggest goal is to create a custom experience for each individual to meet them in their current needs.

Over a 2-day time period, we dive deep into every level of the business and end with a custom photo-shoot designed to push the artist to the next level with their newly refined eye. This was a favorite shoot designed by Jessica of Zimmerman Events inspired by Italian, Neutrals of Sunstone Winery and layered with rich browns, taupes and earth tones that compliment the textures of the venue.

The bride wore a beautiful couture gown by Lee Grebenau Couture and accessorized with Bella Belle Shoes and a Susie Saltzman ring. The custom detailing and wedding crest created by Paper Birch Designs added an elaborate layer of design and personalization to the overall design.

Jessica and her team (also attendees of her floral design workshop/retreat) created a luscious and elaborate ceremony backdrop dripping with florals atop the cozy outdoor fireplace.

We watched the bride and groom exchange wedding vows then enjoy a candlelit dinner on the lawn with their closest friends/family and ended the day with the warm Californian sunset by escaping in a vintage 1958 Porsche Speedster from The Santa Barbara House.
