When choosing your wedding style, a surefire way to create a vibe that is truly you is to reflect your daily life and habits. Do you wear your hair down 90% of the time? Don’t feel pressured to do an up-do just because it’s your wedding. Do you dress up to the nines every Friday for date night? Do what this couple did and weave that same classic glam into your Big Day. With the planning genius of Pure Luxe Bride and Dana Cubbage there to capture it all—these two truly celebrated a day of their own.
From Dana Cubbage… Miranda + Brian’s wedding inspiration came from their style as a couple. “When we get dressed up, we plan to be the best dressed at the event, so we went with a formal wedding because we enjoy looking our best and having a great time!” said the bride.
Their planners, Francesca + Blake of Pure Luxe Bride, knew that Miranda + Brian wanted a classic glam wedding with hints of grey + gold and the final design was absolute perfection! It was an elegant, timeless design with beautiful finishes that really allowed the venue to shine. The bridesmaids wore a classic beaded gown by Adrianna Papell and the guys all wore classic black tuxedos, except for the groom – who wore grey.
Andraya of Flora created a gorgeous flower wall that served as a focal point for the ceremony and guests were greeted into the house for cocktail hour with a glass of champagne from the champagne tower! The cake table stole the show with gorgeous linens and an amazing floral installation on the mantle of the fireplace behind it – it was one of my favorite details of the day.
