From O’Malley Photographers… Gorgeous. Grand. Modern. These were a few words Stephanie chose when describing her wedding day at the iconic Great Hall at Union Station in Seattle. Steven and Stephanie are a fun-loving, gorgeous couple and their day reflected just that. The couple incorporated many traditional Nigerian elements as a nod to the groom’s heritage such as “Chin Chin” on the dessert table, traditional Nigerian clothing for the groom’s family (they all used a “family fabric” from Nigeria to have custom outfits made), and a “money spray” where the bride and groom are “showered” with money on the dance floor. Their favors were a sweet nod to Stephanie’s grandma—cookies that she would bake for Stephanie growing up with their story and recipe card. These traditional and memorable elements paired with jaw-dropping styling and florals created by Kaleb Norman James made for a truly grand and memorable day.
