I don’t measure a wedding day by its details (although this one isn’t short of all. the. pretty), I measure it by smiles. And this celebration of love is chock a block full of them. From Rachel Owens… Nicole & Tom wed at the classic Hummingbird Nest Ranch on a beautiful California day. The two are pre-destined. Their elegant celebration was planned by Vanessa of Vanessa Michelle & Co. Who effortlessly guided the bride through her dream day. The spectacular florals, designed by Nancy Teasley of Oak & the Owl, were a pop of bliss – they were soft & enchanting; perfectly arranged. Nicole’s gown had a plunging back & outlined her svelte, model frame and she looked simply editorial. The handcrafted calligraphy by Seniman Calligraphy was uniquely tailored to Nicole’s taste and echoed their day in a beautiful way. Some of the most precious moments of the day were when Nicole’s grandfather escorted her down the aisle with so much love and adoration & when Nicole’s maid of honor brought all of her guests around her during her toast so Nicole & Tom could feel the love of all their family & friends. Best of all, their wedding day was joyful, stress-free & organic. As a photographer, it was a day that will forever be one of my all-time favorites.
