Being a New Englander, I can tell you one thing; a classic seaside wedding will never be out of style. I may be biased as my very own I dos were said on the coast of Rhode Island, but I think after seeing this stunner from Erin McGinn and TRUE Event, you’ll agree. Mint, navy, peonies and lace… it’s all right here in the full gallery for your pinning pleasure.

From the bride, Maggie… I have been going to the Weekapaug Inn since I was a baby. Jake came there with me in 2017 and fell in love with the place. In fact, my father and him had already booked the venue before Jake proposed. I wanted our wedding to feel naturally beachy and calm and relaxed. Rather than having a formal sit down dinner, we opted for stations so that people can go and eat as they please. We also wanted to be sure to include details in the wedding that I think my mom would have liked. My mother was an interior designer so we chose to do fabric table numbers and menus to incorporate that element of her design into our day. Our signature cocktail is also the cocktail she had created at our club, Shorehaven, and we wanted the focus of the cocktail to be on her rather than having an individual one for Jake and I.
