The wedding world is changing. We are seeing so many more refined, contemporary weddings that capture both a traditional vibe and a contemporary sensibility. And this wedding did just that. Perfectly. Inspired by geometric shapes and a STUN.NING. metallic & blue color palette and set against a gorgeous Chicago skyline, it’s one of those weddings that the guests will never ever forget. Photographed beautifully by Kristin La Voie and planned meticulously by Régine Danielle Events, I think you are going to fall pretty hard for this Modern Fête. Full gallery here.
From Krisin La Voie Photography… Ashley & Ben’s Chicago Wedding was surely one for the books! They had a strong vision of incorporating Classic Chicago with Geometric shapes for a unique spin. Set at the iconic Adler Planetarium, which boasts one of the best views of the famous skyline, Ashley and Ben wed under an arch of hanging candles, orchids, and rhombus shapes. The unique geometric shapes continued into the reception which was adorned with one-of-a-kind picture-frame-like centerpieces, VanGogh inspired linens, and more custom painterly paper goods seen throughout the wedding. It was all truly inspiring and original!
