Brace Yourself… for ALL the Cute.

We can share the most gorgeous wedding, most expensive fete, coolest DIY, best story ever… and time and again, it’s those adorable fur babies that seem to win over your hearts (and likes) more than anything. From French Bulldogs taking on the role of ring bearers to Goldens joining in for bridal portraits, its easy to see why they steal the show—just have a look at today’s dose of cuteness with For The Love Of Paws for a reminder. There’s no proper word for exactly how sweet this gallery captured by Lauren Dobish and Rachel Buckley is, you’ll just have to melt into it yourself like I did.

From DanielleIncluding beloved pets in your wedding is becoming increasingly popular. As the owner of For The Love Of Paws – a pet coordination business – combining my love for animals and weddings has been a dream come true. In working with a majority of rescue dogs and as the proud dog momma of two rescue pups myself – I wanted to plan a special day to promote awareness of two of my favorites – Baypath Humane Society and Great Dog Rescue New England. What better way than a styled shoot with pups who need a forever home? I reached out to Jessica Hennessey Weddings who was seriously AMAZING in helping to plan, design and coordinate everything.

The shoot took place at the Hopkinton State Park in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. The area was filled with woodland trees and trails, perfect for photos and PUPPIES! All nine of the adorable puppies were from Great Dog Rescue New England. These babies are Staffordshire/Lab mixes and every single one of them are complete and total sweethearts. The distraction factor was real as we tried to get everyone to focus! All of the vendors could not get enough puppy snuggles and kisses.

Ruby, Bosco, Tony, Axel and Penny are all dogs that have been recently adopted from Baypath Humane Society in Hopkinton. Each one of these dogs was so happy with their new family, we wanted to showcase their personalities (…that might have come out a little easier with a wee bit of peanut butter and hot dogs)!

Lauren Dobish and Rachel Buckley did such an outstanding job capturing these pups’ individual personalities that I actually cried when receiving the photos back. The way that both of these ladies were able to showcase the Martina Liana and Willow by Waters wedding gowns was simply magical. These fur babies were glowing next to Flair Boston’s Jenny Yoo and Theia Couture bridesmaid dresses. The floral collars done by Jill and her team at Beach Plum Floral were so perfect. Jessica’s vision for a bright and colorful scene surrounding our couples and animals really came to life. Hair by The Bridal Bar and makeup by Veronica Nunes and Heather Wilson helped beautify our volunteers for a flawless scene! I could go on forever about how amazing all of these vendors and pups are but I think the photos speak for themselves. Not only was this shoot fun but it helped to bring awareness to different rescue organizations and find forever homes to pups in need. My heart is so full and happy to be able to coordinate something so special! Plus, are these pups not too cute for words?!?
