Abigail and George met at camp at age nine, over 19 years ago, and have been together ever since. George made it official by proposing with his Great Grandmother’s ring, which was given to her in 1896. The Country Club of Seattle, just steps away from Abigail’s childhood home, was the perfect venue for their refined, Pacific Northwest Wedding. We knew the wedding day would be a success after breaching Orcas crashed our ceremony rehearsal. Abigail’s brother and George’s sister married the couple after a dramatic processional along the coastline led by bagpipes and the bride and groom’s Newfoundland puppy, Sal. Guests then celebrated in a sailcloth tent overlooking the Seattle skyline. Food and beverage was of utmost importance to Abigail and George, who selected an abundance of local and seasonal shellfish, cheese, salmon, artisanal brews, and the island’s own, Mora Ice Cream.
