There’s something to the minimalist movement, and this wedding inspiration photographed by Katie Grant and filmed by 503 Films is a perfect case study. Aravella Event Design used clean lines, paired back styling, and neutral color palettes keep the focus on a few, statement details – the hanging floral installation by Zinnia Floral Designs, the intricate beaded gown by Zanzis Bridal Couture, and the almost too stunning to eat cake by Cakes by Ebony. The result? An unforgettable wedding day design.

The inspiration for this shoot was born from a love of simplicity and texture. The floral installations take centre stage of this editorial with the layering of lush textures to create a fresh, simple, yet stunning backdrop for our couple. The color palette and florals were kept very neutral and fresh, with delicate blooming branches, to allow the design to breathe and not overpower the intricate details of the hand beaded gown and simple tablescape. White tones and minimalistic details were used for the table top, with stonewashed linen, gold flatware, handmade taper holders, and modern menus featuring a delicate floral design.
