Ethereal Bridal Style Inspiration by Italy’s Natural Baths

Inspired by one of her favorite spots from childhood – the Natural Baths of Bagni San FilippoCamilla Cascino set out to create a bridal shoot celebrating the natural beauty of the enchanting location. She recruited Ceciliab to make a bespoke stationery suite and Maura Brandino to design two gowns, all inspired by the waters and imagined specifically for the day, and the resulting shoot is ethereal and oh-so-romantic. Thecablookphotolab and Gattotigre were both there to capture the magic, and it’s all waiting for you in the Vault.

From Camilla CascinoThe Natural Baths of Bagni San Filippo are a timeless magical place. I knew of this place since childhood, and I have always loved it. I told Darya of Thecablookfotolab about my idea of a bridal inspiration session where the bride was a nymph of the thermal spring.

Guided by this vision, I began to choose the most suitable vendors. The choice of the wedding dresses was of paramount importance. Maura Brandino of “Il sogno atelier” imagined and created an ethereal and refined dress for this project that works in harmony with the color of the thermal water as well as a lace dress with an ancient style but reinterpreted in a modern way.

I then chose Gattotigre, destination wedding videographers that are also sisters. Their videos are fresh and authentic, tailored to each project.

Puscina Flowers are three sisters who have created a farm dedicated to floral design, that’s respectful of nature. They cultivate new varieties of flowers every year that they then use to create beautiful floral arrangements. For this project, they used many wild flowers, combining them with tulips, daisies, and daffodils grown in their greenhouses for bouquets that are an explosion of refinement and originality.

Fantastic Lara Navarrini for makeup and Antonella Macaluso for hair styling created an ethereal and bright look.

My Golden Age created a beautiful bracelet and earrings with gorgeous gray pearls and hand-crafted gold leaves.

For the second dress, I chose a Guinevere Vines crown; Primrose is a tiara that is deliberately reminiscent of the 1920s. Composed of a soft, copper-coated antique gold-plated structure, the magic of its movement is given by the finest quality materials such as crystals, freshwater pearls, ceramic flowers, and leaves made with the jeweler’s gold enamel.

A precious shell contained a botanical, solid perfume, made with passion and patience by La Mia Casa Nel Vento. It’s a fresh fragrance with citrus notes, exotic and Mediterranean flowers, vanilla, and hints of cedar wood.

The table was set up on the shore of the stream, respecting the organic mood. I chose items that respected the neutral color palette – tablecloths, plates, and glasses from Tinekhome, cutlery from Sambonet. From Seidenband I chose the precious silk ribbons for the bouquets, the runner, and the vintage candleholder for the table.

Precious and refined the stationery was made from handcrafted paper and calligraphy by Cecilia Boschi.
