“I am rooted, but I flow.” – One of the most renowned quotes by Virginia Woolf and the inspiration for this wedding editorial at The Resort at Paws Up. Habitat Events created a wedding that captures the very essence of Montana’s wild appeal – the Bride’s romantic locks, her chic and minimal long-sleeve Houghton gown, the rustic ceremony setup amidst the golden grass, the earthy tones of the reception florals… When put together, these pieces become an effortless embodiment of Woolf’s words. You won’t want to miss a single image from this shoot, captured by Simply Sarah Photography.
From Habitat Events… We are continually inspired by the elements that most evoke Montana – the golden prairie grasses, the rustic touches of a working ranch, and a smooth bourbon at the end of the day. The Resort at Paws Up has these elements in spades and provided the perfect setting for an elegant Montana wedding. To complement the stunning backdrop, we brought in touches of undone glamour with the florals and décor…you know, a little “I am rooted but I flow” Virgina Woolf style. Simply Sarah Photography, as always, beautifully captured the ease and true essence of Montana and its love stories.
