The term “classic beauty” is not only the perfect way to describe this radiant bride but also her entire wedding. Set at the Glen Foerd Mansion, the couple’s Philadelphia venue laid the foundation for an idyllic garden party affair and the every detail followed suit. Lovesick kept the post-vows party going and Emily Wren Photography documented the entire day from beginning to end.

From Emily Wren Photography… Cortney and Greg held their sweet and elegant wedding at the always enchanting Glen Foerd Mansion in Philadelphia, PA. The classic architecture and pristine rose gardens were the perfect backdrop for this spring wedding.
Cortney was a classic beauty in her Corsica gown by Eddie K and a simple yet elegant updo by Nicole Drouillard let her natural and radiant beauty shine. Pops of blue could be found in details throughout the day including beautiful hand painted signs, her dip-dyed cake by Jamie Hollander gourmet, and a few subtle but perfectly placed blue bonnets in the gorgeous bouquets by Devon & Pinkett Floral Design. Her bridal party also wore a beautiful shade of blue which just completed their perfect spring color palette!
During their reception, Greg surprised Cortney by performing an original song dedicated to his new wife, accompanied by all his groomsmen. And as the evening drew to an end fireworks were set off over the water – a perfect end to a perfect wedding day!
