A Bold + Beautiful Wedding on the Island Where It All Began

These two color-loving cuties met in Maui (the Groom may or may not have been sporting an orange speedo and a mullet at the time), so they could think of no better way to say "I do" than in front of their loved ones on the island where it all began. Love Maui Weddings helped them create a bold and bright celebration using a team of local vendors, like Maui Petals who incorporated the Bride's favorite flowers – daisies – into her tropical bouquet and Wendy Laurel who is the talent behind the lens at many of our favorite Hawaiian fêtes.

From Wendy Laurel... Alyssa met Darryl here on Maui and decided to go out with him despite the fact he had an orange speedo and a mullet – boy how far they have come! So it was only fitting for them to fly back here and bring all their family and friends for an epic destination wedding. The pair had an elegant wedding at Olowalu Plantation House, and my absolutely favorite detail was the Bride's bouquet! Alyssa loves daisies and incorporated them into her colorful and beautiful florals.
