A Wedding Color Palette that Works for Every Season
We are over the halfway hump of summer my darlings. That statement gives me a twinge of sadness, but every year I take solace in the fact that I can visit our warm weather soirees whenever I want to. What I love most about this slice of inspiration from Jessica Kay is that it transcends the seasons. It's burgundy, red and blush palette could layer a summer with romance or cozy up a fall fete with warmth. Take your pick, it's right here for alll the pinning.
From Jessica Kay... For this shoot, we were inspired by the transition of seasons from spring to fall. We got to use the best of both seasons for the floral design. Featuring beautiful spring peonies and foxglove, as well as lush summer garden roses and stone fruits. The color palette was inspired by the peaches, plums, and cherries we used in the design. We wanted to make a colorful, yet classic and elegant color palette. The venue at Chateau St. Jean has all tons of lush greenery and walls covered with ivy, so we used touches of variegated ivy in the bouquet and centerpiece.
