Emily and French aren’t the kind of couple to plan a cookie cutter wedding. Instead, they let their love of the arts guide their big day design, exchanging vows at the Headlands Center for the Arts in romantic and whimsy-driven style. With talented vendors like Ruby & Rose and Erica Rose Design by their side, they achieved a celebration that felt uniquely them and Jeremy Chou told the love story behind his lens. From Ruby & Rose... As lovers and supporters of the arts, Emily and French chose to let the unique setting of the Headlands shine through by using neutral green and white florals in soft, romantic textures. Erica from Erica Rose Design created a beautiful floral wreath that served as the focal point of the ceremony and then later, dancing.
We set the escort cards on ornate vintage silver trays that Emily had borrowed from her mom for a sweet personal touch. I also loved the contrast created by the rustic, mismatched chairs in the Headland’s mess hall and the tailored look of the dinner tables, draped with pale gray linen, white china, and gold and silver accents.
