Long before my wedding planning days when I was still in my ‘wedding dreaming’ stage (you know, when your wedding board is secret)—I remember ooh-ing and ahh-ing over this gorgeous venue. Not only is the Edgewater perfect for a seaside wedding, but makes a pretty cute spot for a bridal shower, too. Case in point? This coastal fete captured by Love & Light Photographs. From the calligraphy to the cake, it’s layered with subtle nautical goodness ready for allll the pinning.
From the bride… I knew my shower was in good hands because my maid of honor, Paige teamed up with Paige of Gilded Lily Events. My MOH felt a lot of pressure to throw me the most perfect bridal shower and boy did she deliver. She had all of these ides in her head to create a chic seaside shower but didn’t know how to bring it to life. That’s where Paige of GLE came into play. She curated the most amazing details; from the handmade fabric cake backdrop to the vintage selfie station. I didn’t know where to look first, everything was just perfect. The venue, the mimosa station, the cake and most of all- the tables. Each table had a gorgeous textured linen with votive candles and driftwood centerpieces. Silk runner accents and fresh florals also made their way to the tables. Thank you to Paige and Paige for making my shower a day that I will never forget. It was truly perfect! One more special shout out to my mom for everything, without you nothing would have been possible!
