The Dreamiest Spot for a Bridal Session

If you’re looking to make the most out of your wedding day (i.e. not miss your own cocktail hour!), just take a cue from this gorgeous duo—do your bridal session before the Big Day! And if you’re in California, maybe take a cue from them on location, too. The Redwoods might be the dreamiest spot I’ve seen yet for bridal portraits. Plus, when you’ve got Aria Photography behind the lens, the results are bound to be magical.

From Aria PhotographyI was able to photograph my sweet brother and sister-in-law in the majestic redwoods in Davis, California before their wedding day. We knew their wedding day wouldn’t allow for a lot of time for pictures, so doing this session ahead of time allowed us to have a relaxed afternoon together without the hustle and bustle of the wedding day, and gave us the opportunity to photograph in an amazing location for variety of photos. Ann’s elegant Maggie Sottero dress and Alex’s Giovanni Testi suit stood out against the stunning backdrop. An enchanting floral bouquet and boutonniere by Honeysuckle House Living was the icing on the cake. Shot all on film, it was a dreamy afternoon under the canopy of the redwood grove.
