Inspired by spring gardens, Ashley Pigott Events worked together with a team of incredible Toronto vendors to create this elegant bridal session. Classic details, such as the lace ball gown and an ornately decorated cake, are infused with modern touches, such as the geometric centerpieces and bright, whimsical florals. Corina V. Photography brought the story to life using her lens, and Images Life Media captured fantastic behind the scenes footage of the shoot!

From Ashley Pigott Events… In the dead of winter, on a snowy Toronto day, a group of A-list luxury wedding professionals brought spring to life at Graydon Hall Manor. Inspired by the coming spring and all things botanical, I drew inspiration from colorful florals, deep lush greens, and dreamy pastels. We layered together various colors and textures to create an incredible tablescape. Hints of rose gold throughout each stunning detail add a touch of sparkle to this styled shoot. A magical mix of bright blooms from Nous Design and soft chiffons from Simply Beautiful with mixed metallic accents filled out day. The varying elements came together, beautifully allowing each element to complement the others, but also each a statement standing alone.
Ferris Wheel Press took our inspiration and created the perfect invitation, a balance of soft pastel hues with rose gold foil. The favor tag detail with our mini Sloane tea caddy as well as the menu detail created a consistent visual throughout our stationery elements.
The soft blush Monique Lhuillier gown embroidered with floral lace was the perfect complement to our Bride’s porcelain skin tone and dancer’s frame. A feminine up-do and fresh dewy look created by Olivia Ha highlighted each of her delicate features.
Heavily inspired by the current trend of greenery and full vibrant florals, Brides are steering away from the traditional white and blush weddings opting for colorful and organically styled arrangements. Long gone are the days of tight round florals – this year, the trends are loose and flowing cascades of florals and greens in bouquets and table arrangements. This is an elevated, more formal take on the rustic trend we’ve seen for the last few years.
All of this beauty was expertly captured in the dreamy and ethereal style that Corina Van Sluytman of Corina V. Photography is known for. This shoot is one of my absolute favorites!
