We're in Love with the Love Between These Two!

I love when photographers capture other photographers; the images seem to sparkle a little more. So when Gert Huygaerts snapped these fellow wedding photographers for their engagement shoot in Paris, I knew we were in for a treat. And the way Marie and Matthieu describe their life together made it even better: "We are in love with love, shooting love is our job, we share a passion, we share a vision of love and we learn a lot together..." From Gert Huygaerts Photography... Getting the question from another fine art film photographer to shoot their love bond in the amazing city of Paris, is a true honour to me... I felt really blessed to be chosen by Marie and Matthieu to immortalize their love this autumn. Marie and Matthieu met at work, on a wedding day where Matthieu was Marie's second shooter. She totally did not expect to fall in love with this gentleman, but it happened. As sometimes there are more lows in life then highs, they were both in the same feeling that moment... But what happened then, can be captured in one sentence: "and then I met you..."

As Marie told me how she feels her job and life... It just sounds adorable: "We are in love with love, shooting love is our job, we share a passion, we share a vision of love and we learn a lot together. For once we wanted to be on the other side of the camera, to celebrate our love."
