From Jen Huang Photo…Another mini-bridal-guide from Jen Huang, Studio Mondine, and Aimee Artistry. The theme: His and Hers. Showcasing 15 beautiful boutonnieres and 13 modern hair designs, bouts for the groom and hair florals for the bride.
Within the many looks there are two styles that emerge – an edgy, modern, stark style and a more lush and green garden style. You can match similar styles together or mix stark vs. Lush within the same wedding design for a unique variety. We all had a hard time choosing our favorites.
Aimee created the modern up do to feature the flower arrangements as the braided “vase” was perfect for forming multiple arrangements. Makeup was kept simple and fresh, using earth tones which pulled in the colors and textures of the florals.
Ingredients used in these pieces range from dried flowers, foraged plants and more classic garden flowers: Cosmos, Bunny Tail, Scabiosa, Heuchera leaves, Hydrangea, Tuberose, Maidenhair Fern, Wild Clematis, Sally Holmes Rose, California Cliff Buckwheat, Lunaria, Honeysuckle, Phlox, Hellebores and Angel Vine.
