I fell in love with Paris and then fell in love with Matthew shortly after so the two always felt intertwined in my heart. I started my blog BellesVies. Com to write about my life as an American woman in love with French culture so France was the obvious choice when it came time to plan our honeymoon. Matthew had never been to Paris and I was so excited to share my favorite city with him. The combination of getting married and being in Paris with my new husband in a span of 48 hours was overwhelmingly beautiful and such a magical culmination of our love story. We spent a week in Paris staying in the Marais before continuing our journey through Burgundy, Provence, and the Côte d'Azur. I'm so in love with Paris and I'm already dreaming of our next trip.
