Rustic Chic Wedding Infused with Purple
Dear readers, it's time to pack our virtual suitcases. First up? We're headed to the undeniably beautiful Australia for Tim and Courtney's wedding. Filled with pretty hues of purple and a perfect outdoor ceremony, Matt Rowe Photography has captured it all to share and we've got it waiting for you in The Vault!
From the Bride... Tim and I always knew we wanted to get married on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland as it was where we had our first date almost 7 years ago. We took our time planning our wedding over 16 months with the help of our family and friends. It was great to have our family fully involved in the planning process and together we made our invitations and the decorations for the ceremony and reception. Our wedding day was better than we could have ever imagined and everything came together perfectly! Our favourite part of the day was seeing each other down the aisle for the first time and hearing each others personalised vows. The vows were really important to us, we wanted them to be personal and to truly express how we felt about one another. A highlight for me was surprising Tim with our two-faced Star Wars cake and the light saber bridal entry. He has always been a massive star wars fan and I knew incorporating that into our day would mean a lot to him. We wanted our day to reflect who we were as a couple and having all these personal touches is what really made our day!

They were both so excited and at ease on their wedding day that it was near tangible to account for how present they were throughout their ceremony and special time on our location shoot in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland. It was one of those weddings that had everyone smiling throughout the day - from prep to reception- and we have no doubt that Tim and Courtney are a perfect match supported by positive friends and family as they head forth into the future together.
