From Jordan Brittley...This Plantation wedding with a view is full of rooftop kisses, hugs from the bride's little sisters, and elegant walks through the gardens! I love that this wedding felt like it was taking place in their own backyard. Emma and Dan wanted their families to be able to relax and enjoy all of their guests.
Don't miss the photos of the best friend locket that Emma gave to her little sister! It was so precious how much she cherished it! I knew that Emma was really close to her sisters so I asked them to hug her while she put on her dress. Those photos are sure to make you tear up!!
Little ones ran through the grass and explored the grounds at this lovely place! Bees buzzed around and there was the most delicious lemonade for the guests!
I love that Emma and Dan decided to do a standing ceremony. They set up several chairs for grandparents, but everyone else stood! It made the ceremony feel so intimate. Instead of creating a center aisle, she walked down the spiral staircase. He kept getting glimpses of her and started crying. In fact, one of my favorite memories from their wedding was that the pastor gave Dan a moment to catch his breath because he couldn't stop crying! It was the sweetest thing!
Emma and Dan wanted their guests to be happy and feel joyful on their wedding day. They just wanted an intimate celebration for their families and closest friends! This wedding was just that!
